1. Вайшешика ("вишеша", т.е. "различие", "особенность") - это один из индийской ортодоксальной философской школы. Свое название данная система получила потому, что в ней особое внимание уделяется категории "различие". В. близка к философии ньяя. Главной целью обеих этих систем является освобождение "я". Основоположником В. считается мудрец Улука по прозвищу Канада, живший примерно в IV в. до н.э. "Вайшешика-сутра" является его основным трудом. Основная идея В.: «Главная цель человеческого существования состоит в полном освобождении индивидуального "Я" от любой боли и страдания.
