Импрессивная речь (от лат. impressio - впечатление) - термин, обозначающий одну из сторон речевой деятельности - восприятие и понимание речи. Устная И.р. выражается в слуховом восприятии устной речи, письменная И.р. - в зрительном восприятии текста (чтении). Нарушения устной и письменной И.р. характерны для различных форм афазии и обусловлены дефектами различных звеньев речевой функциональной системы в зависимости от локализации очага поражения в коре головного мозга (левого полушария). Impressive speech (from lat. impressio - impression) - a term denoting one of the sides of speech activity - perception and understanding of speech. Oral Ir. is expressed in the auditory perception of oral speech, written by I.R. - in the visual perception of the text (reading). Violations orally and in writing are characteristic for various forms of aphasia and are caused by defects in various parts of the speech functional system, depending on the localization of the lesion in the cerebral cortex (left hemisphere).
