Ecological rationing
Экологикал ратионинг- scientific and legal activity of a person aimed at natural conservation and rational nature exploitation. In narrow sense E.r. is an activity, in result of which a grounding of theoretical and temporary norms takes place. The problem of E.r. is a designing of such ecological rules and specifications, at which normal operation of ecosystems is saved.
